The engraved ogham writing on this pendant means 'Éire'.
Ogham is an ancient alphabet that appeared in Ireland at least 1,600 years ago. It was used mainly to write Primitive and Old Irish, inscribed on stone monuments throughout Ireland, particularly Kerry, Cork and Waterford. A unique Ogham necklace, it beautifully captures Irish history and heritage in a timeless piece of Irish heritage jewellery.
