When do you ship orders?

Orders are dispatched on working days and not over weekends. Time frames are estimates only; all orders include tracked shipping.

Are there seasonal delays?

Delivery may be extended during bank holidays and peak seasons. We aim to dispatch orders in 1–2 working days, but postal delays can occur.

Do you offer free delivery and what are the charges?

Free delivery thresholds: €100 in Ireland, £100 in the UK, €100 for Rest of World. Below these: Ireland €5.95; Northern Ireland £6.95; UK £7.95; Europe €10.95; Rest of World €14.95.

Will I pay customs or VAT?

Ireland: no extra charges. UK: orders under £135 no customs duty; 20% VAT may apply. EU (outside Ireland): orders under €150 no customs duty; VAT at local rate. Canada: 5% GST plus provincial taxes; duties may apply. Australia: 10% GST. USA: customs may apply; if unpaid within 5 days the parcel may be returned.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is emailed on dispatch and can take a few hours to update. If it’s still blank after 6pm on the day of dispatch, contact support@fadathelabel.com. If your order hasn’t arrived within two weeks of dispatch, email us with your order number.

Please note that delivery times may be extended during bank holidays and busy seasonal periods. While we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, postal services may experience delays beyond our control.

Will I have to pay customs duties or VAT on Fada orders?

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to local import duties, VAT/GST, or clearance fees. Important: These charges are set by your local customs office and are not included in our checkout price.

Ireland – no extra charges
UK – Orders under £135: no customs duty, VAT at 20% may apply

How do I track my Fada jewellery or clothing order?

If you’ve received a tracking number, your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear online.
If it’s not showing after 6PM on the day of dispatch, please check again or contact us at support@fadaofficial.com.

Haven’t Received Your Order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 2 weeks of dispatch, please email us with your order number at support@fadaofficial.com.
(We cannot assist before the two-week mark due to possible postal delays.)
